Ms Rebecca McDonald

Rebecca McDonald is a final year PhD student at the Addictions Department at King’s College London. Her doctoral research examines novel injection-free naloxone formulations for the prevention of opioid overdose deaths. Rebecca is also a consultant for the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, supporting a feasibility study of community-based opioid overdose prevention strategies in Eastern Europe and Central Asia.She previously worked as a senior research assistant at the National Center on Addiction and Substance Abuse (New York, USA) and completed her MSc in clinical psychology and neuroscience at University of Marburg (Germany).Rebecca is a recent recipient of the SSA Travelling Scholarship.
